| 1) I want to send you music for you to post on the site. Who do I send it to? | If you have a CD that is shrink-wrapped (i.e. we do not accept CD-R's, etc. The reason is customers might think we are selling a bootleg CD so we can't accept non-shrink-wrapped CD's or shrink-wrapped CD-R's) Other formats: Vinyl, T-shirts, etc. do not need to be shrink-wrapped:
We would more than likely be interested in carrying your product in our online store on a consignment basis. If this interests you, we need a listing of the products you would like us to carry.
Give us the following detail on the product (please do not send us more information than we request below):
- Artist Name:
- Album Title:
- Format (CD, Vinyl, etc.):
- How many tracks are on it:
- Wholesale price each (i.e. how much do you want us to pay you for each item):
- A direct web link to view cover art image (e.g. http://www.blah.com/cover.jpg. Please try to include this):
E-mail all of this information to: UGHH.com Sales.
We will then give you instructions on where to download our consignment contract and the quantity we will take of each item. If we do decide to carry your product in our online store, there is no guarantee we will post up audio of your product.
If you have a CD-R/ demo of your recordings:
At the moment, we are not accepting any material sent to us for review. The reason for this is we do not have the time to listen to music that is sent to us.

| 2) Is this site really underground? All the groups in the audio are popular or in other words mainstream. | | We have to disagree with this one. Our definition goes along with the one mentioned, but it also includes songs that do not receive commercial play. If we post a song first, before a majority of people have heard it we consider it UNDERGROUND. However, in about three weeks when every radio station in the country is playing it, others (as well as us), will consider it COMMERCIAL. Once we feel that it is too commercial to keep on our site, we remove it (as we have done with many other songs in the past). |

| 3) How can I listen to the music/ watch the videos on your site? | You will need the software entitled 'Adobe Flash Player'. This can be downloaded for free at:

| 4) How can I download the files to my local hard drive? | | We do not give the option to download our audio and video files because it is illegal for us to do so (usually for copyright reasons). Also, the purpose of our audio and video is to listen/view them before you purchase them from our online store - if you were able to download them to your local hard drive, you would have no reason to purchase them! |

| 5) Why does the audio skip and/or pause when I listen to it? | This could be due to several reasons including:
1) Your internet connnection is too slow. For best results, you should be on a DSL, cable modem, or faster.
2) You are listening during peak times. Try again when our site has the least amount of visitors, which is between 1AM - 6AM EST.
3) You are downloading other pages while listening to our audio. Don't 'surf' the web while listening to our audio to ensure you are getting the best possible connection to our audio. |

| 6) Can I link to some of your audio and/or video files from my website? | | Yes, embed/link code is on the detail pages of all items containing audio in our online store, all songs in our 'Audio' section and all videos in our 'Video' section. |

| 7) Why don't you guys start breakdance and/or graffiti sections? Breakdance and graffiti are a part of hip hop! | | We do not have enough content/knowledge on breakdancing and graffiti to dedicate entire sections of the site for them. However, we do sell breakdancing DVDs and graffiti supplies in our online store. |

| 8) I love UndergroundHipHop.com! What can I do to support this site? | There are several things you can do to help out our site:
1) Purchase music from our online store and tell everyone you know to purchase their music from our online store as well. Our online store generates most of our sites revenue, therefore it must continue to be successful.
2) Tell everyone you know about UndergroundHipHop.com - both online (e.g. on message boards, chat rooms, instant messengers, etc.) and offline (e.g. at concerts, parties, friends, etc.)
